A 30-day cycle to learn from customers, marketing and AI
A short cadence turns observations and experiments into decisions that the team can review.

Businesses can accumulate ideas, metrics and tools without creating time to decide what they have learned. A simple monthly cycle creates space to listen to customers, test a small change, and review work with evidence.
Week 1: choose an uncertainty
Review customer inquiries, complaints, and time-consuming tasks. Choose a question whose answer could change a decision. Write down the hypothesis, who is affected, and what you don't yet know.
Week 2: Collect evidence
Talk to people who have experienced the situation or observe a process. Record facts, exceptions and disagreements; protect personal information. Separate observation from interpretation and do not dismiss contrary evidence.
Week 3: Test a small change
Choose a reversible intervention: clarify an instruction, rearrange a step, experiment with a message, or test AI on a bounded task with human review. Define result signals and conditions for stopping.
Week 4: Decide and Document
Compare the result with the expectation, including effort, errors and unexpected effects. Decide to adopt, adjust, repeat or stop. Write down the reason and the next uncertainty. If the risk or scope is large, consult relevant experts before taking action.
The cycle does not guarantee growth in 30 days. It creates a routine to correct assumptions more frequently and helps the team not confuse activity with learning.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't have a team?
Adapt the weeks to your rhythm and keep simple records. A well-documented conversation can guide a test better than many disconnected tasks.
Do I need to use AI in the cycle?
No. Only include AI if there is a clear task it can help with and a safe way to review the result.
What to register?
Question, hypothesis, evidence, limits, decision and next action. Avoid personal data that is not necessary for learning.
