Best PPC Agency: How to Invest in Ads Without Burning Money

Spending money on ads is easy.

You open the ad manager. Pick a campaign. Set a budget. Publish. And wait for customers.

The problem starts when the money goes out and the sales do not come in.

$100. $500. $1,000. $5,000.

And you start wondering: "Do ads really work, or am I just making Meta and Google richer?"

Ads work.

But running ads is not the same as having a paid acquisition strategy.

The biggest mistake is thinking PPC is just pressing "publish"

Before any campaign, there are questions to answer.

What are you selling, and to whom? What is the offer? Why should anyone buy from you? How much can you pay to acquire a customer? Where will the ad send people? Does the creative stop the scroll? Does the page convert? Does someone follow up fast? Can you track where sales came from?

The ad can do its job perfectly, bringing people to your business, and still lose money if everything after the click is broken.

What this looks like in practice

Picture Jessica, who runs a med spa in Scottsdale. (Jessica is an illustrative example, not a client.)

She spends about $4,000 a month on Meta and Google Ads. The dashboards show clicks and cheap leads. The consultation calendar does not fill up.

The problem is not the budget. It is the offer, the landing page and how fast someone follows up after the form.

We have seen this turnaround in our own client work. In one client account, after we rebuilt the offer, ads, landing page and follow-up, the ad spend in one period came back as more than 12 times its value in attributed revenue. Strategy, not boosting. And a result, not a guarantee.

Five questions to ask any PPC agency

1. Will you understand my business before building campaigns?

What you sell, who buys, your margin, your differentiators and what a new customer is worth. Without that, campaigns are trial and error with your money.

2. How will we measure results?

Clicks, impressions and views are not sales. Depending on the goal, track cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, attributed revenue and ROAS.

3. Do you build strategy or just operate the tool?

Anyone can learn where to click. Strategy decides which offer to run, which audience to test, which creative to use, how much to spend, when to scale and when to stop.

4. Do you look at what happens after the click?

A great campaign sending traffic to a slow, confusing page is a traffic problem disguised as a conversion problem. Ads and landing pages have to work together.

5. Who makes the ads?

A campaign can be perfectly configured and still fail if the creative is invisible. Your ad competes with videos, friends, news and memes. Creative is part of the campaign.

The checklist before you raise your budget

Do you know how much you can pay for a customer? Do you know which product or service to advertise first? Not always the best seller; sometimes the one with the best margin. Is your offer clear? Do your creatives stand out, or look like every other ad? Was your page built to convert, or do you send everyone to the homepage? Can you track customers from campaigns?

If you answered "no" to several, raising the budget now is probably not the best move.

How Ímpetus manages paid ads

Google Ads to reach people already searching for your products and services. Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, to create demand. TikTok Ads when the audience and the offer call for video. LinkedIn Ads when you sell to companies and professionals.

You do not need all four. The goal is to find where your money makes sense.

What PPC management costs in the US

WebFX's pricing guide puts professional PPC management at $1,000 to $3,000 a month, or 10% to 20% of ad spend, with many agencies charging a minimum of $750. Creative design and landing pages are frequently billed on top.

The Ímpetus offer

$990 a month

About half of the typical management fee, and it includes:

Bonus 1: creative design for your ads, so you do not need a separate designer for campaign assets. Bonus 2: a landing page, when the strategy calls for a dedicated page.

Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

Why spots are limited

Paid ads need constant attention: campaigns to analyze, creatives to test, audiences to refine, keywords to watch, budgets to control. We only take on a limited number of new US clients each month so no account runs on autopilot.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the $990 a month?+

Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads as the strategy requires, plus creative design and a landing page as bonuses.

Is ad spend included?+

No. If you hire us at $990 a month and decide to invest $3,000 a month in Google Ads, that $3,000 goes directly to Google.

Is this full social media management?+

No. Design here focuses on ad creatives. Social media management is a separate service.

I already have a website. Do I need a landing page?+

Not necessarily. If your site already has a page that fits the campaign, we use it. If a dedicated page will convert better, we build it.

Can you guarantee sales?+

No serious agency can. Offer, product, price, competition, page and follow-up all affect results. We create, analyze, test, measure and optimize.

I already run campaigns. Can you take over?+

Yes. We review the current structure and history before proposing changes.

What does it cost to keep advertising the wrong way?

$100, $200 or $500 a day in campaigns without a clear strategy is not just missed sales. It is paying every day to keep testing the wrong thing.

And if you do not advertise yet, your competitors keep buying your customers' attention while you wait.
