How to transform customer questions into content that really teaches

A useful story doesn't have to start in a trending tool. Start with questions that consume the team's time or leave someone unsure of what step to take. They reveal real language and a concrete need.

Collect questions without exposing people

Review notes, messages, and meetings. Remove names, personal details and confidential information; Group similar questions together and keep the words that describe the problem. Also record the context: at what stage the doubt appeared and what answer helped.

Choose questions that deserve a public answer

Prioritize questions that are recurring, important for a decision, or difficult to resolve with a short answer. If the question involves an exception or a sensitive case, escalate to appropriate support rather than posting a simplified rule.

Structure the response for use

Explain the concept, show steps, include an example and say when the method may not apply. A text should help the person to do something after closing the page. Review with those who serve customers to avoid the content promising more than the process delivers.

After publishing, observe which doubts decrease and which new ones appear. Updating an old answer may be more helpful than creating another piece on the same topic.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use exact customer questions?

Use with caution: anonymization is essential, and ask for permission if the story allows the person to be identified. In general, it is worth rewriting the situation without individual data.

Does every question deserve an article?

No. Some fit into a short answer, others require individual assistance or a specialized explanation.

How to avoid repetitive content?

Combine related questions into a complete explanation and update the material when the same topic reappears.
